By placing an order with Wrapila, you agree to the terms of this Billing Policy. This policy governs payments, charges, and billing disputes for all orders. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

1. Payment and Charges

By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Authorization: You authorize Wrapila and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase price, including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.
  • Payment Timing: Payments are processed immediately upon order placement. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the total amount before completing the purchase, and you waive any right to dispute or complain about the total amount charged once the order is confirmed.

2. Billing Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete billing information. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You will not dispute any charges as long as the transaction matches the order you placed.
  • You understand that any inaccuracies in the billing information provided (e.g., incorrect address, email, etc.) are your responsibility, and we are not liable for any resulting delays or issues.

3. Double Charges

In rare instances, technical errors or payment processing delays may result in a double charge. You agree to the following:

  • Resolution: If a double charge occurs, you must contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and resolve the matter if a confirmed error exists. However, any perceived double charge caused by pre-authorizations or multiple submissions of the same order is not grounds for a complaint.
  • Waiver of Complaint: By agreeing to this policy, you waive your right to complain about temporary holds or duplicate pending charges that are standard in the payment processing industry. These holds typically clear automatically within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. You acknowledge that all sales are final once processed.
  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or changes in preference after the order has been confirmed.
  • Refunds for Errors: In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly (e.g., wrong product or damaged item), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or store credit, but refunds will not be provided. By accepting these terms, you waive any right to complain or demand monetary refunds beyond what is outlined here.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

By agreeing to this Billing Policy, you agree to resolve any billing issues directly with us before taking any action through your bank or payment provider. You further agree to the following:

  • No Unilateral Chargebacks: You waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us and allowing us to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
  • Resolution Process: If you believe there is a billing error, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue. If a legitimate error is found, we will correct it, but you agree that you will not seek redress from your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us.

 

6. No Complaints for Delayed Shipping

 

You agree that shipping delays or variations in delivery time are not grounds for a complaint or refund. Estimated delivery times are provided for your reference, but they are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

7. Currency Conversion and Fees

If you are purchasing from outside of the country where Wrapila is based, your bank may charge you additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. By completing your purchase, you waive the right to complain about any differences in charges due to currency conversion rates or fees imposed by your financial institution.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of Lithuania. By using our website and services, you agree to resolve any disputes exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania.

9. Waiver of Complaints

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

  • You fully understand and accept the billing process and potential fees as described in this policy.
  • You waive any right to file complaints regarding payment processing, double charges, shipping delays, or any other issue outlined in this policy, except in cases of proven fraud or error as determined by us.
