Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. You can return products only purchased on this website. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and sent to us in the original package with all original tags and labels attached. You can return and receive refund or exchange if:

  1. You have received damaged or otherwise bad product;
  2. You have received a wrong item;
  3. You have changed your mind and want to return a product (20% restocking fee will be charged);

Return process

To return an item, please email our customer support team at support@wrapila.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please provide your full name, email address, order number and briefly describe the reason why you want to return the product. After receiving a RMA number, mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend to use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
