1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing times may be delayed during high-demand periods, sales, or public holidays. Please allow for additional processing time during these occasions.

2. Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary based on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are:
    1. Domestic Shipping: 10-20 business days
    2. International Shipping: 15-30 business days
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We do not take responsibility for these delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • We work with third-party suppliers and logistics partners to full fill your order. As a result, multiple carriers may be used, and tracking information may be provided directly by them.
  • The customer is responsible for monitoring the provided tracking number for updates.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for these charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update. Some carriers may not provide real-time tracking updates.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date to investigate. If the investigation determines the order was lost, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be provided.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, customs processing, or other shipping issues outside our control.

7. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that a refund will not be provided.
  • Pictures of the incorrect or missing items may be required to verify your claim.

8. No Cancellation/Refunds After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the shipping process cannot be reversed once initiated.
  • Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind) or dissatisfaction with delivery time are not accepted, as shipping times are clearly outlined in this policy.

9. Acceptance of Shipping Terms

  • By placing an order, you agree that you have read and accepted the shipping policy. Wrapila will not be held liable for any shipping-related complaints if these terms are violated or misunderstood.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations are not possible. Please make sure to review your order before completing the purchase.
  • Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier. It may take several business days for the tracking status to reflect in the system. If it does not update after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.
  • Please check with your neighbors or local postal service first. If the package is still not located, contact us, and we will assist you. Please note, we do not issue refunds in such cases, but we will work on a resolution.
